Refund policy
If you would like to return an item, no worries!
- Please check listings carefully before buying, or drop us a message if you have any questions about sizing or fit.
- If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason you may return them to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. We don't accept returns of sale items.
- Drop us an email at info@ethicalroots.co.uk, or reply to your order confirmation email to get in touch so we can send you a return slip to fill out. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost, and we issue a refund covering the item/s only.
- Ensure the goods are in their original packaging/ condition and in the case of clothing, unworn/ unwashed.

When returning goods for any reason please ensure you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- PLEASE NOTE: Please double-check the address you have entered is correct before making an order. We recommend checking your order confirmation email, and if you spot a mistake with your address - get in touch ASAP. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, we cannot be responsible when the package isn't delivered to you. Our orders are sent automatically to Royal Mail Click & Drop - and it copies exactly what you enter at checkout. Thanks so much!
We always issue refunds via the original method of payment. Please be aware that though we will issue a refund within 5 working days of goods being returned to us, Paypal© refunds transactions can on occasion take up to 30 days to be completed.
