There are new customs rules for EU customers.*

If your order is worth over €150, customs fees will continue to apply as before.

From 1 July 2026, orders under €150 entering the EU will also be subject to customs fees.

These fees will be calculated as follows:

You will be charged €3 per HS code (item type) in your order.

For example:

1x skirt
You will be charged €3.

2x skirts
You will be charged €3, because both items have the same HS code.

1x skirt + 1x top + 1x trousers
You will be charged €9, because you have purchased 3 different item types with 3 different HS codes.

This new system replaces the previous de minimis allowance, which allowed customers to purchase items under €150 without paying customs fees.

You can read more about the changes here.

EU customers may also be required to pay VAT at their local rate on purchases, depending on their country and delivery method.

Unfortunately, none of these charges or fees can be reimbursed by us. However, you have the right to refuse the parcel if you do not wish to pay the charges. If you choose to do so, we will issue a refund for the item cost only once the parcel has been returned to us. We recommend getting in touch before placing an order if you have any questions.

Customs charges can vary between EU countries. You can find specific country details here.

*Please note: Customers in Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg have a different arrangement. If you are ordering from one of these countries, please see our dedicated customs information page here.
